Crawling

Connor is now crawling! However, I do not have any proof for you. Infact, I can barely get him to do it at home bc he wants to stand next to the couch the whole time! At daycare he's crawling all over the place! He is also taking a step, not successfully but getting better every time.

Baby proofing started today and we lowered his crib.....so much for my back getting better.... Where's the ibuprofen?!

Standing

Connor has been learning to stand and starting to get adventurous with walking without assistance. Well it is hard to capture but tonight Connor stood long enough for me to run and get the camera and take a picture right before he fell over!

We got Connor a life jacket...I don't think he likes it. Doesn't seem like it fits very well.

Connor Update

We have the lab results back from his blood draw...which he did very well at. Normal blood count, thyroid and no celiac YAY! Just as I suspected. I got his food allergy results back today and he has a slight allergy to cows milk and a moderate allergy to oats. I am waiting to hear about carrots but he can go ahead and have bananas!

What does all this mean....I need to decrease my intake of dairy and Connor can't have any dair until after he's 1. As for oats, though it was higher, he can still have it.

So hopefully he will hit a growth spurt soon and we won't have anything to worry about. He still needs weight checks but I suspect it won't be a problem

Connor has 2 new teeth

Connor was doing very well sleeping....then he started teething again! Which means he has been waking up a few times a night, i guess it is still better than where we were before. He now has 2 bottom teeth and 2 top teeth.

Connor is also rolling EVERYWHERE...i need to start baby proofing. He is also scooting backwards and has very little interest in crawling forward, he'd rather have you walk him!

Though he is still my little chunky monkey, he has fallen down 2 growth curves for height and weight...now i am told we need to do a work up so he will be getting his first blood draw next week. I have been negotiating with the dr the last couple weeks and now I have decided I should be compliant...wish us luck!

Play Date

Connor had a playdate today with one of his best buds Samuel....

Armed robbery in Eburg

The gas station - Arco - in Ellensburg was robbed. John has been interviewed by almost every news station, including the Today Show, and Inside Edition. It has been crazy! Everyone is safe
