After reading Happiest Baby on the block, Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child, and Sleep Easy solution; after many tried and failed attempts.......
Connor is now, FINALLY, sleeping in his own room, in his own crib, on his own!
We are so proud of our little man. (now mommy can sleep) :)

Oh Connor B! I just want to pick you up and snuggle you. Good job Jen! Your whole family, Connor included, will benefit from all the time you put into this.
