Camping at Lake Roosevelt

We went camping for a week at Lake Roosevelt this past week. Something I have done for the past 8 yrs and John the past 17 yrs (with the exception of last year, Connor was born that week). I wasn't sure what to expect with a 1 yo, but Connor did pretty well. the first 2 nights i had to put him in the ergo and go for a really long walk to get him alseep but then he must have got used to what was going on and tuckered out by the sun, bc then he want down with little problem.... Nap time, first nap was either in the ergo or in our way to town to get ice and 2nd nap was in the boat. As soon as we put the life jacket on and got moving...asleep! Connor had his fair share of eating dirt, rocks, and sand. He was never really clean but he is truely all boy and loved every minute of it! He was unsure of the water at first, but slowly got used it it as the week went on. However he never really liked the floaties i bought him....would much rather be held. More pictures coming

Happy 1st Birthday Connor!!!!!!!!

Connor turns 1 on 8-11-09. We celebrated his first birthday on Sunday at Seahurst Park, He had a blast!!!

Fun in the Sun - July 09

Connor loves being outside. He loves playing in his pool, sliding down his slide, and even accidently walking into the sprinkler....then doing it again and again......
(gotta watch him with rocks and dirt.....he likes to taste a sample of everything outside)!
