we have had a trying week here and it is not over yet..... but just when you want to throw in the towel I am reminded that a good laugh can fix just about anything.........

Wedding season Round 1: Shawna and Dean

It's that time of year again....weddings. John's 2 good friends, Shawna and Dean, finally tied the knot and we took a night off from the boys and celebrated with them at their reception. There was a brief moment when we thought we should bring the boys since there were quite a few kids there, but then realized THATS CRAZY! John was also able to reconnect with a lot of his old work buddies.

Congrats Shawna and Dean!!! We Love you and miss you!

Vacation at the beach!

We went to Discovery Bay and Port Townsend.


We went on a ferry: connor thought it was GREAT (so did John)


We went to Fort Warden: connor got to play at the marine center and the sand (and so did John)

Connor went fishing (well, more john) and got to throw rocks in the water

We also went swimming

Finn Thought it was pretty fun too

Finn is smiling, however it is hard to capture on camera because it is few and far between. Finally i have some pictures! (he doesn't smile as much as Connor did but Connor had lots of time to practice since sleeping wasn't a priority!)
